We understand that sending your child away on a residential trip can feel like a big step. That is why we do everything possible to make the experience safe, smooth, and truly memorable for both students and parents.
At Campfire Wild Adventures, we create meaningful outdoor experiences that help young people grow in confidence, independence, and resilience. Whether it is their first night away from home or they already love the outdoors, every child is welcomed, supported, and included.
Everything You Need to Know Before Your Child Joins Us
What to Expect
Your child will take part in a variety of outdoor activities, group challenges, and nature-based learning. Every moment is designed to build life skills and create lasting memories. All activities are led by experienced instructors who are qualified, friendly, and DBS checked.
Accommodation, food, activities, and all equipment are included. Our camps follow a simple and reassuring routine, with time for fun, rest, and storytelling around the campfire.
Safety and Wellbeing
Keeping your child safe and happy is our highest priority. All of our instructors are first aid trained, and every programme follows detailed safety procedures and safeguarding policies. We work closely with schools to make sure all medical, dietary, and emotional needs are carefully supported.
Our staff to child ratios are kept low to ensure plenty of individual attention and a calm, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

We’re used to catering for all dietary requirements, and we’ll always make sure everybody has as much food as they like - nobody goes hungry on our camps! We won’t force anybody to eat anything they don’t want to, our catering team are flexible and friendly and want to make everyone is happy and well fed.

We’re used to handling complex and severe food allergies in camp, and we have robust systems in place. For example, a student with complex or severe allergies will have their own dedicated, labelled coolbox with a personal food supply, solely for contact by them.
